Our Fees
Judgment Court awards must $15,000
or more.
Recovery Fees detailed below:
Q:
Please tell me the bad news first; how much is this
going to cost me?
A: We
will make our BEST efforts to recover as much as possible of the
money awarded to you by the lawsuit that you won. As the owner
of the judgment it is your responsibility to pay the various expenses.
Such expenses may include a fee for Domestication (details
here ). Other fees may include
a fee for 3rd party asset searches, local government law enforcement
(Marshalls, Sheriffs, etc.) .
Your Judgment Recovery agent will provide you with the
details of the expenses that you will incur in the course of the
Judgment Recovery procedures as they are required by the individual
needs of your unique case. Your agent will also provide you
with written documentation of all Judgment Recovery expenses.
The Judgment Recovery fee itself
will not exceed 45% of the money actually recovered.
When a judgment amount exceeds our minimum of $15,000, the recovery
fee may as low as 35% of the money actually recovered.

Q:
Do you accept all applications?
A: No.
Each case is evaluated on its own merits. The size of the judgment,
the rendered verdict, must be at least $ 15,000.00. Many are
substantially higher than this amount.
Q:
Why can't I do this myself? I'm not lazy or stupid.
A: About
85% of all lawful judgments are never collected. This
means that only 15 out of every 100 judgments get enforced
and collected.
It is only the smallest portion of these that are accomplished by
untrained people collecting their own judgments. Individuals
are often scammed by phony judgment collection schools who take
their
money and wave goodbye. Even if you file and win a lawsuit
against one of these phony schools how will you collect it? Successful
collection requires lots of detailed knowledge, training, and experience.
Do you agree that the odds are very much against you without working
with legitimate
professional services to do all of this for you.
No hype here, no baloney.
Q:
OK, I realize that I probably cannot do this myself. I hire your
company and you succeed in collecting some or all of the money owed
by my debtor, how much will I have to pay you. What is the deal
here, how is it figured?
A: Here
are the basic terms of your agreement with us:
You assign temporary ownership
of the judgment your Judgment Recovery Agent. Our fee is 45%,
or less, of the funds that we have successfully recovered for
you. Learn the essential facts regarding the assignment
of the legal ownership of the judgment. Click the following

permit any Judgment Recovery
